Hosting/Internet: Late hosting/internet payments are very disruptive to our business. Unpaid hosting/internet accounts will be suspended if unpaid by the 3rd of the month. A fee of R200 will be charged to reinstate services.
Cancellations: All cancellations, including if your lease expired or property was sold or to migrate to another service provider are subject to giving us 30 days’ notice. We will continue to invoice you for services until cancelled, even if suspended due to non-payment.
For your convenience and peace of mind, schedule monthly payments using online banking. Nonreceipt of this invoice is not grounds for non-payment. Please let us know should you not receive our invoices.
Sales orders: 50% deposit payable on amounts under R5000. Full amount payable in advance on all amounts above R5000. All goods remain our property until paid for. All orders on hold until payment reflects in our bank account. ETA 2-3 weekdays subject to availability of stock. All prices subject to change without notice. E&OE. On-site services: Payable within 7 days of receipt of invoice. We are not a credit provider. Any grace period for payment does not constitute a credit offer.
Domains: This invoice will be your final notice to renew your domain. If this invoice is unpaid by the due date, your domain will be left to expire.
