Our workshop is fully equipped to assist with new setups and deal with most support issues. Laptops, monitors and printers will be sent to the nearest service centre for advanced repairs. Hard drives will be sent to a data recovery lab for mechanical data recovery.

In 2016, a total of 40% of all our productive time was spent on offering remote support. More and more people are opting for remote support to save on their IT costs. Our business simply wouldn’t be sustainable if we had to offer this service for free. Terms of service apply.
