We’re already widely known for our no-nonsense approach as a provider of a wide range of IT services. Now we invite you to put our reputation as a hands-on supplier of computer hardware to the test. We’re different from the rest, and we’re ready to prove it to you.
Unlike many other online stores, we’ve simplified all the reading. Our terms of sale explain the order process, how our returns and refunds work, and everything you need to know about the warranty/RMA procedure. As always, remember that our prices are subject to change. While we endeavour to offer good deals, we won’t always be the cheapest. But we’ll always be by your side with exceptional customer care no matter what.
We list only the most popular items here. If you’re looking for something specific, don’t despair. Simply e-mail us the details at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to find it for you.
Some items are fast moving and may be out of stock with our suppliers by the time we process your order. That’s just the nature of the IT business. We’ll let you know if there’s a problem with some of the items you ordered, and we’ll refund you, either for those items, or in full, at your direction if we’re unable to fulfil your order. The vast majority of orders will be ready to collect from our office in 2-3 weekdays.
Please note that all online orders are strictly payable in advance. We accept EFT/Internet (5% cash discount) and InstantEFT, card and MasterPass (via Payfast) payments. We’ll provide an official invoice for your records as soon as your payment is received and stock confirmed. Until then, keep your online order number handy as reference.
